Resetting your Authenticator
To reset your authenticator for your account, simply launch the app again. Under ‘Configure’ select ‘RESET AUTHENTICATOR’ and follow the instruction from ‘Step 2’
Unable to access authenticator app or provide passcode
If you are unable to access your authenticator app, or you have lost your phone, you will need to speak with a Reapit User Admin to reset your authentication.
Disabling MFA for my account
Within the app under ‘Configure’ select ‘RESET AUTHENTICATOR’. This will disable MFA on your account.
