Resetting your Authenticator

To reset your authenticator for your account, simply launch the app again. Under ‘Configure’ select ‘RESET AUTHENTICATOR’ and follow the instruction from ‘Step 2

Unable to access authenticator app or provide passcode

If you are unable to access your authenticator app, or you have lost your phone, you will need to speak with a Reapit User Admin to reset your authentication.

Disabling MFA for my account

Within the app under ‘Configure’ select ‘RESET AUTHENTICATOR’. This will disable MFA on your account.
